'It's Unacceptable': Houston Rockets' Dillon Brooks, Ime Udoka Displeased with Officials vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Coach Ime Udoka and Dillon Brooks received ejections in the closing minutes of the Houston Rockets 128-119 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks Sunday night inside the Fiserv Forum.
The ejections came as the result of a no-call from officials. Brooks deflected an in-bounce pass attempt from Bucks forward Khris Middleton and saved the ball from going out of bounds. While hustling, Middleton made contact with Brooks by pushing him in the back.
The no-call triggered frustration by Brooks, who received a pair of technical fouls after a heated discussion with referee Suyash Mehta. Brooks' night ended against the Bucks with 18 points on 7 of 12 shooting from the field.
"I am sick of officials being right in front of the play and not making calls," Brooks said. "I ran full speed to get the ball after I made a great play while trying to get a steal. And then, there are two hands on me. I am trying to protect myself, and he wants to call a flop...It's unacceptable. That referee should not be officiating our game."

During the dispute, the officiating crew called another pair of technical fouls, but this time, against Udoka. After the game, Udoka blasted the same ref for his no-call decision.
"It was a blatant missed push out of bounds on that call, obviously," Udoka said. "Same refs missing the same calls throughout the game; calling it very quickly or tight on other plays. It was that specific play, but it was a ton of missed calls throughout."
The ejection against the Bucks marks Udoka second of the season. Udoka's first ejection came on Dec. 2 following a dispute with Los Angeles Lakers' star LeBron James.
