The Houston Rockets may not have control of their own draft pick this year, but given the fact that they own the Brooklyn Nets' selection, they may still be able to nab a quality prospect.

After losing to the Rockets on Wednesday, the Nets are 2-10 in their last 12 games, with the only wins coming against the Detroit Pistons. This has moved the Nets into the lottery, giving the Rockets a top-10 pick in the draft at its current juncture.

Bleacher Report conducted a mock draft, where the Rockets selected Baylor big man Yves Missi.

"Shooting 63.6 percent while averaging 4.6 blocks and 13.3 boards per 40 minutes, Missi also has the body, athleticism, hands and motor for his finishing and interior presence to translate," Bleacher Report writes. "Watching him prevent Duke's Kyle Filipowski from creating separation on a handful of possessions helped him move the needle with scouts."

NBA Trade Idea: Rockets Acquire Wizards' Kispert?

Missi is proving himself against top competition while averaging 10.2 points and 6.5 rebounds per game so far this season. Fresh off a 23-win season, Baylor projects to be at or near the top of the Big 12, arguably the best conference on the NCAA men's level.

In the other three picks for the two-round mock draft, the Rockets are slated to select Kentucky center Aaron Bradshaw at No. 40, Marquette point guard Tyler Kolek at No. 42 and Arizona forward Pelle Larsson at No. 55.
