The San Antonio Spurs are still a few weeks away from figuring out where they will pick in the 2023 NBA Draft. However, there's a little more than a 40-percent chance that the Spurs are picking in the top three.

This year, it appears the top three picks are solidified. Victor Wembanyama should go first, Scoot Henderson will likely go second, but depending on who controls the pick, Alabama freshman Brandon Miller could be in the running and shouldn't fall past the third pick.

In CBS Sports' latest mock draft, Miller ends up going to the Spurs with the No. 3 pick.

"Off the court, NBA teams are likely to have questions about Miller after he was connected to, and on the scene of, a fatal shooting during the season," CBS Sports. "On the court, though, 6-9 forwards who have the scoring and creation ability Miller has don't slip out of the top five."

Miller does have some off-court question marks, but his talent may be too much to pass up on at No. 3. Villanova freshman Cam Whitmore and Overtime Elite guard Amen Thompson rounded out the top five and could be options for the Spurs if they pick third with Wembanyama and Henderson off the board.
