The San Antonio Spurs are set to play their next nine games on the road as the rodeo comes to town.

This isn't exactly good news for the Spurs, who have won just five of their 24 road games so far this season. Among this next stretch of games, all but one come against teams that are either in the playoffs or within two games of a spot in the Play-In Tournament. The Spurs will have a chance to play spoiler each night as they hope to build chemistry with one another.

"Road games are different experiments because this is also some time we get to spend on team activities," Victor Wembanyama said. "The last time we were in Detroit we went bowling. It's nice. It's cool. I guess it's also a real test for the team."

The Spurs' level of success isn't measured in wins and losses this season, but rather how much growth the team has and which players can prove to be strong fits alongside Wembanyama. Being able to go on the road for an extended period of time can build camaraderie, which is something that could tremendously help the Spurs.
