The San Antonio Spurs are continuously evolving as the season winds down.

As the season comes to a close, there's a sense that the Spurs are getting as close to the best version of themselves as they can. Among those who are seeing and feeling the evolution is veteran forward Cedi Osman.

"We have changed a lot since the beginning of the season," Osman said after Sunday's loss against the Golden State Warriors. "We're a totally different team. I think you can see that, obviously, when we're playing on the court. We're much different. We obviously know now what everybody else is capable of. Now everybody understands as individuals what we have to do. I think we're better. I think that if the season would start today we'd be in a different spot. I really do believe that."

There were a lot of new players on the roster this season, including Osman. It took a while for chemistry to develop for the Spurs, but now that it is getting better, the results are improving along with the team.

The Spurs are young, but the difference between them and their counterparts has been their chemistry. The chemistry continues to improve, which is why the Spurs have been able to steal a few games down the stretch.

The Spurs are back in action tomorrow night against Nikola Jokic and the defending champion Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. CT.
