Spurs Fiesta 5: Kawhi Leonard's Sister Sentenced For Murder Charge

Inside The Spurs identifies five of the biggest NBA storylines in addition to relevant San Antonio Spurs news and analysis.

In this story:

1. KAWHI'S SISTER CHARGED WITH MURDER

"Kimesha Williams, the sister of the now-Clippers standout, was convicted in February of first-degree murder, robbery and elder abuse, and received her sentence on Friday."

2. SHOULD SPURS RETIRE KAWHI'S JERSEY?

"I know a lot of Spurs fans hate Kawhi Leonard," ESPN San Antonio radio host Mike Jimenez said. "Believe me, the way he ghosted the Spurs was so unprofessional, immature ... That guy is trash, but I want his jersey retired at the AT&T Center. We wouldn't have that 2014 title without him, so we gotta put some respect where that name is."

3. CAM JOHNSON TO SPURS?

"According to HoopsHype, Johnson, a restricted free agent, is expected to receive offers up to four years, $90 million, a figure that a rebuilding team like the Spurs can afford. The Nets will have a chance to match any offer from outside the organization that Johnson signs, but it could be tricky given Brooklyn's questionable direction."

4. MONDAY NIGHT'S GAMES

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Miami Heat, 7:30 p.m. EST, TNT (Heat leads 2-1)

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Los Angeles Lakers, 10 p.m. EST, TNT (Lakers lead 2-1)

5. NBA DRAFT LOTTERY COUNTDOWN

The Spurs are 22 days away from the NBA Draft Lottery, where it will be revealed if San Antonio will have the opportunity to take Victor Wembanyama with the No. 1 overall pick.
