The San Antonio Spurs are sending their fans home happy after a 132-114 win against the Orlando Magic Tuesday night.

The Spurs started the game off hot and never truly cooled down. The team made 22 threes and shot 56.5 percent from the field.

Leading the way for the Spurs was Zach Collins and rookie Jeremy Sochan, who scored 25 and 29 points respectively.

The Magic kept things close in the first half, trailing by just six points at halftime, but the Spurs pulled ahead early in the third quarter. San Antonio led by as much as 17 midway through the third quarter, but Orlando still stayed in until the latter half of the fourth quarter.

The Magic cut the deficit to as few as six points, but the Spurs pulled away to their highest scoring performance as a team since the second game of the season and cruised to victory in the final minutes.

While the Spurs are out of the playoff picture, wins like these give the young players on the team confidence that things could work out in the future if there is enough growth.

The Spurs have a quick turnaround, hosting the Dallas Mavericks tomorrow night. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
