The San Antonio Spurs (3-2) are ending their run at the Las Vegas Summer League on a high note after beating the Oklahoma City Thunder (2-3) in a 98-94 victory on Sunday evening at the Cox Pavilion.

The Spurs came out of the gates strong and raced out to a double-digit lead early in the first quarter thanks to 10 quick points from undrafted West Virginia guard Erik Stevenson.

Stevenson finished the game with a team-high 23 points, a strong performance in his final chance to show the Spurs and the rest of the NBA that he deserves a spot on a training camp roster.

As for those who are locks for training camp, second-round rookie Sidy Cissoko had a well-rounded game with 10 points, eight rebounds, six assists and a team-high +16 in the box score. Two-way guard Sir'Jabari Rice also shined with 13 points off the bench in just his second appearance so far for the Spurs.

Other Summer League standouts like Malaki Branham, Julian Champagnie and Blake Wesley didn't suit up for the Spurs in today's finale, along with No. 1 overall pick Victor Wembanyama.

The Spurs now will take the rest of the summer off before returning at the end of September for training camp.
