Spurs Starter, Thursday, November 21, 2024: Frost Bank Center to Host College Slam Dunk, 3-Point Championships
Happy Thursday, Por Vida fans! Welcome to your morning Spurs Starter.
For the first time since 2019, the annual State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships will be held at an NBA venue. Last time out, the Minnesota Timberwolves hosted the games at Target Center, amassing a crowd of over 8,000.
This time around, Frost Bank Center and the San Antonio Spurs will play host, marking the fifth time San Antonio will do so, and first at the Silver & Black's arena.
Tickets for the event, set for Thursday, April 3, 2025, will go on sale early next year, but fans can sign up to receive event information and presale access by visiting this link.
