TRADE! Spurs Acquire Reggie Bullock in 3-Team Deal with Mavericks, Celtics
The San Antonio Spurs are bringing on a new veteran for their team.
According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, the Spurs are acquiring Reggie Bullock from the Dallas Mavericks in a three-team trade that also involves the Boston Celtics.
Here's the full details of the trade ...
Mavs: Grant Williams (who is signing a four-year, $53 million deal per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski), two second-round picks
Spurs: Reggie Bullock and an unprotected Dallas pick swap in 2030
Celtics: two second-round picks
It's likely that at least one of the second-round picks the Celtics are acquiring is being provided by the Spurs.
It's unclear whether Bullock, a 10-year veteran from North Carolina, will remain with the Spurs at the start of the season, but if he stays, San Antonio adds another veteran to the mix.
Bullock, 32, averaged 7.2 points per game with the Mavs last season and shot 38 percent from beyond the three-point line.
Bullock joins a group of wings on the team that also features Doug McDermott, Keldon Johnson, Devin Vassell and Cedi Osman, who was acquired in a trade last week with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat.
Bullock is entering the final season of a three-year, $30 million contract and is set to make a little more than $10 million for the upcoming campaign.
