Suns Reveal Starting Lineup vs Bulls
PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns will roll out the following starting lineup against the Chicago Bulls, according to the AZ Republic's Duane Rankin:
Bradley Beal
Grayson Allen
Keita Bates-Diop
Kevin Durant
Jusuf Nurkic
The obvious change is the presence of Bradley Beal, who will be making his regular season debut for Phoenix after missing the first seven games (on top of preseason action) with lower back tightness.
Devin Booker is again out after suffering a calf strain last week. He's also dealt with a toe injury and sprained ankle that has seen him play only twice thus far.
Damion Lee is a permanent non-participant moving forward as he recovers from meniscus surgery. He injured himself at a workout prior to training camp.
With Beal back in the lineup, Eric Gordon was dropped as a starter but still figures to be prominent in the rotation, especially with Booker out. Gordon and Grayson Allen started numerous games in the backcourt together while 2/3 of Phoenix's Big 3 were out.
Another move is Keita Bates-Diop in the starting five instead of Josh Okogie. The two players have bounced up and down from the starting rotation and coach Frank Vogel certainly has different options at his disposal depending on what he wants to gameplan for.
The Suns are 3-4 and hope to reach .500 on the last game of their road trip tonight. Opening tip is scheduled for 6:00 PM Arizona Time.
