Tyrese Haliburton's Final Status for Pacers vs Suns Revealed

Tyrese Haliburton was initially questionable for Suns-Pacers.

PHOENIX -- The Indiana Pacers won't have Tyrese Haliburton available against the Phoenix Suns tonight at Footprint Center.

Haliburton was initially ruled questionable with what the team dubbed "left hamstring injury management" on the injury report.

He was ruled out ahead of game time by Indiana.

Haliburton - a 2023 NBA All-Star - has been out since Jan. 18 after slipping and suffering a Grade 1 hamstring strain. According to the Indy Star, he was expected to be evaluated after two weeks.

"I'm ahead of schedule," Haliburton said earlier this week. "Where I want to be. Whenever is the right time for me and the medical staff agrees, I'll be back."

He's currently averaging 23.6 points and 12.5 assists per night - finishing first for Eastern Conference guards in fan voting for the All-Star game as All Pacers points out.
