Official Suns-Lakers Injury Report: Beal Out, LeBron Questionable
PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns return home from their short two-game road trip to host the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday afternoon.
Here's their injury report:
Bradley Beal (left hamstring tightness) and Damion Lee (knee) OUT.
Eric Gordon (left groin soreness) QUESTIONABLE.
Jusuf Nurkic (right ankle sprain) PROBABLE.
Here's the Los Angeles Lakers' injury report as well:
LeBron James (left ankle), Anthony Davis (achilles, left hip spasm) and Cam Reddish (right ankle) are QUESTIONABLE
Jarred Vanderbilt (right foot sprain), Gabe Vincent (left knee surgery) and Christian Wood (left knee) are OUT
Jalen Hood-Schifino and Maxwell Lewis are also out due to a G League assignment with the South Bay Lakers.
The Suns (No. 5 seed) sit just ahead of the Lakers in the Western Conference Playoff picture with a 33-24 record. Los Angeles (No. 6) is 3.5 games back with a 31-27 record themselves.
Phoenix has dropped both games (Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets, both on the road on a back-to-back) since returning from the All-Star break while the Lakers split their back-to-back with the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs earlier this week.
The Lakers currently lead the season series 3-1. This will be the final regular season meeting between the two sides.
Tip is slated for just past 1:30 PM Arizona time at Footprint Center and can be found on ABC.
