Devin Booker Named Western Conference Player of the Week
PHOENIX -- Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker was recognized by the NBA today as the Western Conference Player of the Week.

"After leading the Phoenix Suns to a perfect 4-0 record over the past week, guard Devin Booker has been named the Western Conference Player of the Week for Nov. 20-26, the NBA announced today.
"This marks Booker’s eighth career NBA Western Conference Player of the Week honor and his first of the season. With his eight career Player of the Week nods, he now holds sole possession for the most in franchise history, having previously been tied with Steve Nash for the top spot at seven.
"Booker averaged 30.3 points in the four games on 48.1% shooting from the field, 42.9% from three-point range and 90.2% from the free throw line, plus 7.8 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 1.5 steals. He scored 25-plus points in each of the four games with two double-doubles, including 28 points and 11 assists at New York on Sunday, a performance highlighted by a game-winning three-pointer in the final seconds. Booker also scored a season-high 40 points on 15-of-21 shooting in an In-Season Tournament Group Play game at Memphis on Friday.
"Through nine games this season, Booker is averaging career bests of 29.4 points, 8.9 assists and 5.4 rebounds while shooting career highs of 49.7% from the field and 43.5% from three-point range."
The Suns are on the road against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday.
