Phoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker knows greatness when he sees it.

Booker has lived a life of luxury thanks to his hard work, and has been able to enjoy the finest things in and out of the world of basketball. Cars, clothes, shoes, etc.

Yet having endured the NBA year after year now, Booker knows how talented one must be to not only remain in the league for an extended period of time, but to also play at a high level.

Booker's admiration for the late Kobe Bryant has been well documented, so it's also a nice to see love shown to other greats that played during Byrant's era, which includes Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki.

Nowitzki's resume is stacked from top to bottom - NBA Finals champion, MVP award winner, 14-time NBA All-Star, the list goes on.

Nowitzki had his famous No. 41 retired by the Mavericks back in September, but the organization also unveiled a statue of Nowitzki's trademark fadeaway form outside of the American Airlines Center.

It's safe to say Booker thought highly of the statue as well.

After we've seen other notable sports figures receive less than stellar statues, it was refreshing to see a player notable like Nowitzki get the proper recognition he deserves.

Booker is very much on pace to one day see the same treatment.
