Suns Reveal Starters vs Rockets
PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns look to build another winning streak as the Houston Rockets come to town, and head coach Frank Vogel will utilize the following starting lineup:
Devin Booker
Royce O'Neale
Grayson Allen
Kevin Durant
Jusuf Nurkic
Bradley Beal (hamstring) and Eric Gordon (groin) were both considered questionable heading into tonight's game. Each did non-contact work in practice yesterday but both are ruled out.
Royce O'Neale gets his second start of his Suns tenure in their place.
Jusuf Nurkic (ankle soreness) was listed as probable tonight and is confirmed to play. Vogel had no worries on his big man when speaking to reporters at yesterday's practice.
Nassir Little was a late addition to Phoenix's injury report due to left knee inflammation. He - along with Damion Lee - were previously ruled out earlier today.
The three player trio of Kevin Durant-Devin Booker-Grayson Allen has netted the second-most minutes for Phoenix this season. While all three possess scoring potential, their defensive rating of 114.6 ranks near the top of often-utilized lineups too.
The Suns enter tonight with a 34-24 record, good enough for No. 5 in the West. Houston previously defeated Phoenix 114-110 in their meeting one week ago, and the two sides will again battle at Footprint Center on Saturday night.
Opening tip is slated for just past 7:10 PM local time.
