Injury Report: Thunder, Raptors Prepare for Battle with Core Intact

Both Toronto and Oklahoma City will be healthy for their important matchup on Thursday.

Oklahoma City is getting hot when it matters down the stretch.

The Thunder have won three straight and six of their last seven to move back into play-in contention in the Western Conference. OKC now sits in ninth place, a half game ahead of 10th and a half game behind seventh.

OKC remains without the three long term injured players, Chet Holmgren, Kenrich Williams and Aleksej Pokusevski, but will have the rest of their main core group. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams recently missed time, but have both returned and continue to lead the team to success.

The Raptors are in a similar position to the Thunder but in the Eastern Conference. They are also in ninth position, and are one game ahead of 10th and a game behind eighth. The Raptors also have their main core intact for the meeting in OKC on Thursday night.

The meeting is crucial for both teams with the playoff race heating up with limited games remaining. Here are the most recent injury reports for both squads entering tonight:

Oklahoma City Thunder:

Chet Holmgren: Out: Right foot surgery

Aleksej Pokusevski: Out: Left Tibial Plateau nondisplaced fracture

Kenrich Williams: Out: Left Wrist Scapholunate Rupture

Jared Butler: Out: G League Two-Way

Toronto Raptors:

Otto Porter Jr: Out: Second Toe Dislocation

Dalano Banton: Out: Left Thumb Sprain

Tip-off for the Raptors and Thunder is slated for 6:30 p.m. in Toronto, the Raptors are currently 6-point favorites.
