After dropping its fourth game of the season on Friday night, the Oklahoma City Thunder return to action on Sunday evening for what could be an even tougher test.

OKC heads to Phoenix to take on former Thunder superstar Kevin Durant and the Suns. While many NBA observers thought that Phoenix would have a better start to the season, the star-studded lineup of Devin Booker, Bradley Beal and Durant has yet to share the court together.

Beal has yet to play at all this season, but has a chance to make his Phoenix debut tonight against the Thunder. While Beal is an outstanding player, it may take the former Washington Wizard time to get used to playing next to a player of Durant's caliber.

So far, the Suns are 4-5 this year and are coming off of a three-point loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night.

Injury Report:

Thunder:

Kenrich Williams, OUT (Back Spasms)

Suns:

Bradley Beal, PROBABLE (Back Spasms)

Devin Booker, DOUBTFUL (Right Calf Strain)

Jordan Goodwin, AVAILABLE (Jaw)

Eric Gordon, QUESTIONABLE (Left Shoulder Soreness)

Damion Lee, OUT (Meniscus Surgery)

While it appears that the Thunder will have to square off against two of the Suns' three All-Stars, Phoenix being without Booker is a big loss against OKC. Oklahoma City has a handful of solid defenders, including Cason Wallace and Lu Dort, that Mark Daigneault can deploy against the Suns' key offensive players.

If Booker doesn't play, Dort and Wallace will get to focus on Durant and Beal, which doesn't allow Phoenix as good of an opportunity to attack the Thunder on defense. With Booker in the lineup, Wallace, Dort and the rest of the OKC defense would have another big-time threat to worry about.

For Oklahoma City, the team will continue to miss the versatility and maturity that Kenrich Williams brings to the court.

Updated Odds:

Currently, the Suns are 3.5-point favorites over the Thunder.

With Beal likely back in the lineup for Phoenix, Oklahoma City will need one of their best defensive performances of the season to keep Durant and the former Wizard in check.
