The Oklahoma City Thunder has an opportunity to bounce back on Sunday as they play their second straight afternoon game, this time doing so on their home floor. Just a day ago, they took on the Dallas Mavericks in a matchup that saw them lose by their biggest deficit of the season.

Now, the Thunder takes on the Sacramento Kings in a chance to bounce back, though they haven't fared well against them in recent history. A game behind the first seed, the Thunder currently sits at No. 4 in the Western Conference.

While the standings don't matter now -- given the tight margin -- the Thunder can make life easier for themselves with a win this afternoon.

Injury Report

Thunder:

Bismack Biyombo, OUT (Not with team)

Gordon Hayward, OUT (Calf)

Keyontae Johnson, OUT (G League)

Kings:

Chris Duarte, OUT (Ankle)

Jordan Ford, OUT (G League)

Mason Jones, OUT (G League)

Jason Slawson, OUT (G League)

Sasha Vezenkov, OUT (Ankle)

The current iteration of the Thunder will be much more fun to watch after the All-Star break when Hayward and Biyombo are both in the lineup, giving the team more of a glimpse of what the postseason will look like.

Other than Duarte, there is no injury that will provide and huge impact swing on this game, and the game will be tight-knit with both teams being mostly healthy.

Updated Odds

The Thunder has the benefit of playing in Paycom Center where they are 20-6 on the season. On top of that, the Kings are 15-12 on the road this season. With this, the Thunder is a 3.5-point favorite over the Kings as they need to bounce back in a big way.

Looking to avoid a three-game losing streak for the first time this season, the Thunder is facing a tall ask as the Kings have proved to be a tough matchup for them.
