On Monday, Drake and J. Cole brought their It's All A Blur Tour to Oklahoma City for a two-night stop kicking off on Monday inside the Paycom Center.

Chet Holmgren and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander were center stage for this event. Holmgren walked out with rapper Lil Durk to open the show, before the main event.

Gilgeous-Alexander helped introduce Drake to the Bricktown crowd to kick off his portion of the show. The two are obviously close from their Canadian ties, with Drake goes as far as to attend a 2021 OKC Thunder game to support the max contract guard.

As Drake was in the midst of performing, he shouted out the Oklahoma City Thunder stars prompting the crowd to erupt for their hometown ballers.

Though, when discussing Gilgeous-Alexander, Drake took it a step further, reiterating the 25-year-old's love of Oklahoma City.

“He’s the future of the NBA. His name is Shai Gilgeous. He loves the [expletive] out of y’all… We both rep the six, but he loves the [expletive] out of y’all," the Legendary artist said on Monday.

Despite being an overlooked small market team in a flyover state, Gilgeous-Alexander's connection to Bricktown appears to be genuine, which was reaffirmed by Drake on Monday.

Up next, the Oklahoma City Thunder will take on the Utah Jazz fresh off of three straight off days inside the Paycom Center on Wednesday.
