The FIBA World Cup is set to tip off on Friday, and the Oklahoma City Thunder will be well represented.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Lu Dort with Canada will headline two Thunder duos playing in the World Cup. The other duo, Josh Giddey and Jack White, will team up on the Boomers for Australia. The fifth and final Thunder player participating in the World Cup is Davis Bertans with Latvia.

A look at when Thunder players will be playing in the FIBA World Cup:

*All times central, all games available on ESPN+

Canada: Gilgeous-Alexander, Dort

Aug. 25 @ 8:30 a.m.: Canada vs. France

Aug. 27 @ 4:45 a.m.: Canada vs. Lebanon

Aug. 29 @ 8:30 a.m.: Canada vs. Latvia

Australia: Giddey, White

Aug. 25 @ 3:00 a.m.: Australia vs. Finland

Aug. 27 @ 3:30 a.m.: Australia vs. Germany

Aug. 29 @ 6:10 a.m.: Australia vs. Japan

Latvia: Bertans

Aug. 25 @ 4:15 a.m.: Latvia vs. Lebanon

Aug. 27 @ 8:30 a.m.: Latvia vs. France

Aug. 29 @ 8:30 a.m.: Latvia vs. Canada

The second round of games would begin for these teams on Sep. 1 if any advance past the first round of group play. Canada and Australia are strong contenders to win gold at the World Cup.

If either Gilgeous-Alexander or Giddey could lead their team to the Final, it would be a major success. In any case, the experience gained from those two and Dort will hold immense value in the upcoming season as they try to lead the Thunder to games that are just as meaningful.
