NBA To Close Team Training Facilities As Latest Measure Against Coronavirus

Training Facilities will be closed, players are allowed to travel outside of their team markets

The NBA announced they would be closing down team training facilities in their latest measure to contain the spread of COVID-19 starting Friday. “As much as franchises wanted players to have an outlet to come get work in, teams and league were uneasy about contact even in that limited environment. This was an inevitable move for a long hiatus,” as per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Even though facilities will be closed, players are still allowed to travel outside of their team markets, but not outside of North America.
