The Chinese Basketball Association was supposed to start back up in April. Then in May. Now it's looking towards July, and a single positive coronavirus case could tear down the whole thing. Sports around the world, and specifically the NBA, could learn a thing or two from the issues the CBA has faced in its attempts at a return to normalcy.
