In one of the bigger signings of NBA free agency, the Miami Heat picked up former Toronto Raptors star Kyle Lowry. Lowry was among the best available free agents in this signing period; in addition to Lowry the Heat have signed P.J. Tucker and re-signed Jimmy Butler and Duncan Robinson. All of these moves look great on paper - but will it pay off for the Heat next season?
