Golden State Warriors vs Los Angeles Lakers Injury Report

This game has massive playoff implications
Darren Yamashita-USA TODAY Sports

The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers face off for the final time this season, and it's going to be the most important game between these two teams until the play-in tournament. There are, however, some major names listed on the injury report.

The Warriors have three players listed on their injury report: Andrew Wiggins, Gary Payton II, and Dario Saric. Andrew Wiggins is probable with a left ankle sprain, Gary Payton II is probable with left ankle impingement, and Dario Saric is out with right knee lateral joint line pain. Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green are all listed as available against the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Lakers have five players listed on their injury report: LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Jalen Hood-Schifino, Jarred Vanderbilt, and Christian Wood. LeBron James is questionable with flu-like symptoms, Anthony Davis is questionable with left eye soreness, Jalen Hood-Schifino is out with lumbar disc surgery, Jarred Vanderbilt is out due to a right mid-foot sprain, and Christian Wood is out due to left knee surgery. LeBron James missed Sunday's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves due to flu-like symptoms.

There is only a 1.5-game difference between the Lakers and Warriors in the standings. If the Lakers win tonight, they'll be tied with the Sacramento Kings for the 8th seed, but Sacramento has the tiebreaker. If the Warriors win, they'll be only half a game away from the Lakers for the 9th seed. Both teams need to win.

The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers face off at 10:00 p.m. EST tonight.
