Injury Report: Golden State Warriors vs Los Angeles Lakers

A major name will be missing tonight.

The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers face off in a Western Conference Semifinals rematch tonight, but one major name will be missing from the game - LeBron James.

The Warriors only have two players listed on their injury report: Chris Paul and Gary Payton II. Chris Paul is out due to a left-hand fracture, and Gary Payton II is questionable with a general illness; Gary Payton II was available before the All-Star break. Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green are all listed as available to play against the Lakers.

The Los Angeles Lakers have eight players listed on their injury report: LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Max Christie, Maxwell Lewis, Cam Reddish, Jarred Vanderbilt, Gabe Vincent, and Christian Wood.

LeBron James is out with left ankle peroneal tendinopathy, Anthony Davis is probable with bilateral Achilles tendinopathy and left hip spasm, Max Christie is questionable with a right ankle sprain, Maxwell Lewis is out with a G League assignment, Cam Reddish is questionable with a right ankle sprain, Jarred Vanderbilt is out with a right mid-foot sprain, Gabe Vincent is out with left knee surgery, and Christian Wood is out due to a left knee effusion.

The Lakers currently have a 1-0 regular season series lead against the Golden State Warriors and are only 1.5 games ahead of them in the standings. Both teams are tied in the loss column, which makes tonight's game even bigger.

The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers face off at 10:00 p.m. EST tonight.
