In an exclusive interview with Inside The Warriors, Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga was asked for his reaction to the Chris Paul trade.

"I was surprised," Kuminga said. "Watching CP growing up, the way he plays a different type of basketball than the Warriors. Me being on the Warriors for the for the past two years now, we play a different type of basketball playing at a fast pace. We move off the ball a lot. I'm just looking forward to seeing how it's gonna work, and I feel like CP is a smart player. He has a lot of experience, and I feel like he's gonna bring so much that we didn't have on the team, and I'm looking forward to it."

Kuminga made an interesting point, because the Warriors do play a style of basketball much different than how Paul has typically played. Not pushing the pace much anymore, Paul doesn't get out and run the way Golden State likes to do; however, that may be part of what attracted the team to him.

One of the biggest differences between Paul and Jordan Poole, is the way they take care of the basketball. While Poole can get out and run, he was very turnover prone, which is something Paul will help the Warriors with. It's an interesting fit, but one that certainly could work.
