Patrick Beverley Sends Message to Draymond Green During Warriors vs. Suns
Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has made sure to stay out of trouble with the NBA since being reinstated from his indefinite suspension. That said, Green also doesn't want to sacrifice his fire and passion for the game, which makes him and his team better.
During Saturday night's game against the Phoenix Suns, Green had an exchange with Jusuf Nurkic:
Nurkic was the player Green struck in the face earlier this season, leading to an indefinite suspension from the league. Following this exchange between Green and Nurkic, Milwaukee Bucks guard Patrick Beverley shared this message on X (formerly known as Twitter):
Similar to Green in the way he approaches the game, Beverley is also one of the NBA's best competitors. Liking what he was seeing from Green in this game, Beverley sent a message to the Warriors forward.
Beverley has had his fair share of battles with Green and the Warriors, having been in the league for a long time. Spending a lot of time in the Western Conference, Beverley saw the Warriors a lot. Now with the Bucks following his trade from the Philadelphia 76ers, Beverley is reunited with head coach Doc Rivers.
Beverley and Rivers were together with the LA Clippers, where the faced Green and the Warriors in the first round of the 2019 playoffs.
