The first question that every NBA fan asked when Draymond Green was indefinitely suspended was, "how long is he going to be suspended for?" A little under two weeks later, it seems like there may be some kind of rough timeline.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Draymond Green will miss around 11-13 games, barring any setbacks. That's the general belief that Wojnarowski believes is among the league. Not only that, but he revealed that Green will have to participate in virtual meetings to chart his progress.

The range of 11-13 games would put Green's return around January 4th - 7th. The Warriors play the Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons, and Toronto Raptors in that span. If all things go according to plan, then Draymond Green will return against one of those teams.

In all honesty, if Green is participating in only virtual meetings, then there hasn't been a very strong effort to get him to actually change. It seems more like the league didn't really know what to do, so they gave Green an open ended suspension without have any real actions. For Green to get less suspension time than Ja Morant while actually routinely harming players on the court is a bit innane.

The bigger question for the Warriors after Green returns is if he'll still be a starter. Jonathan Kuminga has done a tremendous job in his absence, and the Warriors have been playing great basketball. Some important questions lie ahead for the Warriors.
