Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry is making his return from injury on Saturday night vs. the OKC Thunder, but Steve Kerr is keeping Chris Paul in the starting lineup next to Curry. Paul started the two games Curry was sidelined for, and will remain in the starting lineup even with Curry's return.

The Warriors are starting Steph Curry, Chris Paul, Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins, and Kevon Looney on Saturday. With Draymond Green suspended, there is an open starting lineup spot, which has been given to Paul. The expectation was that Jonathan Kuminga would remain in the starting lineup, as he started Golden State's last game and finished with 21 points, but he will move back to the bench instead of Paul.

This is a surprising move, especially with the size OKC has in their starting lineup, but perhaps that was part of Kerr's thinking. Paul does give the Warriors an additional ball handler to help generate mismatches on offense, but he is also far from the defender he once was on the other end. Against a dynamic backcourt like the one OKC has, this will be something to watch for.

For the Warriors, the biggest news is that Steph Curry is back in the starting lineup. His presence gives them a chance on any night, and they will look to snap their losing streak in this one.
