In their second game since Steph Curry went down with a lower leg injury, the Golden State Warriors will be facing off with Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday night. It was a historic performance from Klay Thompson in Golden State's last game that helped lift them to a victory, and they will be looking for more of the same in this important matchup vs. Portland.

The Trail Blazers have struggled for much of this season, but with Golden State having also played well below their expectations, only two games separate the two teams in the standings. A Blazers victory would pull them within a game of the Warriors, which is something Golden State would like to avoid.

In addition to the expected absence of Steph Curry, the Warriors will only be without Andre Iguodala. For the second-straight game, the team's injury report is clean outside of Curry and Iguodala. While this of course is not what the Warriors would prefer, with Curry being out, it is encouraging that they do not have other key rotational players out while he is sidelined.

For the Trail Blazers, their injury report is more extensive, with Justise Winslow, Jusuf Nurkic, and Ibou Badji being ruled out. The other names on the injury report are Keon Johnson who is questionable, and Drew Eubanks who is probable.

As previously mentioned, this is an important game for both teams.
