In the final seconds of the Golden State Warriors vs. Charlotte Hornets game, Warriors guard Lester Quinones went to lay the ball up, and Miles Bridges was handed a goaltending violation for his late block attempt. After the whistle, Bridges and Grant Williams seemed to take issue with Quinones going for the layup with the game already decided, which sparked a heated scuffle between the two teams:

While teams will sometimes opt to take a turnover on possessions like this, letting the shot clock run out, Quinones went for the layup with 12 seconds left on the game clock and 10 seconds left on the shot clock.

There are mixed opinions on how situations like this should play out, with some arguing teams should take the turnover, and others arguing there is nothing wrong with playing until the final buzzer. Bridges and Williams seemingly took issue with Quinones going for the layup, which sparked this heated scuffle.

Draymond Green could be seen directing words towards the Hornets from the bench at the end of the clip shared by NBCS Warriors, as he and others on Golden State's bench clearly did not like how this went down.

Quinones and Grant Williams were ejected in the final seconds on the game, which was ultimately inconsequential, as the Warriors went on to win a low scoring game over the Hornets.
