Many people would have considered the Golden State Warriors as the favorite entering Sacramento in a do-or-die game against the Sacramento Kings. Instead, the entire team struggled to show up in the second half - especially Klay Thompson.

It was shocking to see, but Klay Thompson put up 0 points on 0/10 shooting from the field and 0/6 shooting from three. He played the third most minutes on the team, too, at 32 minutes. It was a moment that may have been Klay Thompson's final one with the Golden State Warriors, and it couldn't have been lower.

After the game, Steph Curry was asked about Klay Thompson's struggles, but Steph couldn't be prouder of how Klay adapted to this season. Klay started the season struggling, was moved to the bench for the first time in his career, then found his way back into the starting lineup. To go scoreless after all of those trials and tribulations is just incredibly unfortunate - Steph Curry agreed.

"It's about commending him on a hell of a year," Stephen Curry said. "Everyone is going to talk about one game and I know he wanted to do better. We go through so much over 82 games and the fact that he was able to turn his season around with a new role and adjusting ... just really having fun playing basketball and being at peace out there with it all, I'm more worried about that."

It remains to be seen whether or not last night was Klay Thompson's final game as a member of the Golden State Warriors. One thing is for sure though, is that the team can't bring Klay Thompson back on a max contract that he wants.
