Washington Wizards Trail The Brooklyn Nets At The Half 49-41
The Washington Wizards are on the road this afternoon and they are trailing the Brooklyn Nets by a score of 49-41.
After a disappointing loss at home for the Wizards they are looking to get back in the win column and are struggling so far.

The leading scorer for Washington is forward Deni Avdija with 10 points on 36 percent shooting.
He also leads the team with six rebounds.
The issues in rebounding is continuing during the first half with the Nets leading the way 38-20 including 13 offensive rebounds, scoring 12 second chance points.
Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma has struggled so far with only three points on 1-7 shooting and a -18 plus/minus.
Washington is 5-21 from three-point territory and needs to improve for them to have any sort of chance to comeback.

Brooklyn guard Mikal Bridges is the leading the way for them in scoring with 15 points.
Keys for the Wizards to come back in the second half are for them to limit second chance points, continue to force turnovers and score on them, and for forward Kyle Kuzma to play much better in the second half.
