It is New Year's Eve and the calendar cant turn fast enough for this Washington team,
But before that happens the Wizards have a chance to do something they haven't done this season, win two straight games.
The Hawks have had a rough last five games going 1-4 while Washington seems to be gaining some confidence.
Let's see how the Inside The Wizards staff views the game tonight.

Atlanta just seems like a bad matchup for Washington.
If Hawks guard Trae Young is good to go its going to be tough for the Wizards.
Washington has trouble guarding dynamic guards and add to the fact Atlanta rebounds well especially on the offensive side where they're third in the NBA.
For the Wizards to win they will have to crash the defensive board and make sure to end possessions on missed shots because it will be tough to win even without giving up second chance points.
Tonight will be a night that the Wizards need to know how to guard more than just a stop sign!
