Last week Washington almost pulled off the upset, but Philadelphia squeaked out a 131-126 victory behind center Joel Embiid's 50 points.

Let's see how the Inside The Wizards staff views the game tonight.

Washington Wizards guard Jordan Poole (13) brings the ball up court against the Brooklyn Nets during the third quarter at Barclays Center.

The Wizards blew their chance and beating the 76ers this season last game at home.

There is no reason to believe that Washington will magically find a way to stop Embiid and it's possible that center Daniel Gafford may even miss the game.

Center matchup of Wizards Mike Muscala vs. Embiid anyone?

You could see forward Kyle Kuzma possibly slide over and try to at least make Embiid work harder, but you can't expect him to really do more than that.

Even if you did stop Embiid, are you going to stop guards Tyrese Maxey. De'Anthony Melton and Kelly Oubre Jr.?

Probably not.

Maybe Washington guard Jordan Poole and Kuzma will go for 80 points combined and they pull off a close win.

Darrell Owens: 76ers 135  Wizards 123

The Washington Wizards (3-18) are facing the Philadelphia 76ers (14-7) in the final game of a two-game road trip. This game will be the third of four matchups between Philadelphia and Washington this season. The Wizards lost Friday against the Brooklyn Nets 124-97.

The Washington Wizards woes continue and there is no end in sight tonight with the 76ers hosting Washington. Joel Embiid is questionable heading into tonight’s game and after his 50-point performance in last weeks game, things are not looking up for the Wizards. One of the best things we have seen over the last few weeks is the growth of rookie Bilal Coulibaly and my feeling is his growth will take a big leap tonight. Now if Embiid does not play the Wizards chances increase tremendously. Unfortunately, I still see the 76ers grabbing the win by 12 points 135-123.
