Three More Teams Interested In Kyle Kuzma Before Deadline

After this game Coach Wes Unseld Jr., Daniel Gafford and Tyus Jones spoke to the media. Below are a few notable quotes from the postgame conference.

Coach Wes Unseld Jr.

"I think [Gafford] did pretty well actually. I told him after the game, I know it's tough guarding a guy like that [Nikola], essentially single coverage and that was kind of by design... so the fact that you hold them to 8 threes, minimized that part of it, puts whomever's guarding Nikola in single coverage with limited help... [for Gafford] to be able to withstand some of that, make some plays and just stay with it...I think was great"

Daniel Gafford

"I was good [to get Nikola in single coverage] I knew kind of how my night was going to be so I really just kind of like put my hard hat on. Just went out and took a step up to the challenge, that was the main thing"

On his mindset going into this game "Eventhough I was close, don't foul out, that was just the main thing. Anytime that I've guarded Nikola, I've always fouled out or I always was at least, like tonight, one foul call away so... just trying to keep frustration as one of things that stayed away from this game"

Tyus Jones

On playing with Bagley "It's going great, it's going great."
