Johnny Davis Has A Solid Outing, Beal Scores 36 vs. Pistons
WASHINGTON DC-The Washington Wizards (31-37) took on the Detroit Pistons (16-53) in a one-game home stint before hitting the road Friday to face Cleveland.

This game was the third game of the season series between Detroit & Washington. The Wizards won the first matchup 120-99. Washington won Game two 119-117. The Wizards lead the series 2-0.

The Wizards were on a three-game losing streak heading into this contest and were looking to get back on a winning track. Well, the Wizards would do just that. Washington grabbed a 117-97 win over Detroit.
Bradley Beal scored a game-high 36 points while dishing out seven assists and grabbing six rebounds. Kristaps Porzingis (18 points), Corey Kispert (16 points), Monte Morris (13 points), Deni Avdija (13 points), and rookie Johnny Davis in one of his best outings of the season scored 11 points in the win. Washington's biggest lead was 25 points and dominated with points in the paint 58 to 44. For Detroit, Killian Hayes had a team-high 20 points and seven assists. Cory Joseph and James Wiseman both scored 12 points for Detroit in the loss.

The Wizards (32-37) will travel to Ohio to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers (44-27) Friday, March 17 at 7:30 PM EST.
