Washington Wizards Ex-Kristaps Porzingis Could Play for Boston Celtics in Final Four
There were mixed reviews when the Washington Wizards (3-16) traded forward-center Kristaps Porzingis to the Boston Celtics (15-4) this offseason.
While many were happy to keep forward Kyle Kuzma on the Wizards roster, some felt the team should have - or at least could have - tried harder to keep the two together.

Even with a rebuild in Washington, doing it around Kuzma and Porzingis made more sense to many compared to doing it with one of those guys and new guard Jordan Poole.
For the Celtics the move certainly made sense because adding Porzingis gave them a third option behind star forward-guard Jayson Tatum and guard-forward Jaylen Brown.
In 15 games playing for Boston Porzingis has averaged over 30 minutes per game and is shooting over 54 percent from the field while scoring nearly 19 points each outing.
But he hasn't been able to play since the Celtics lost by 17 to the Orlando Magic (14-6) on November 24th.
Since then, the star has missed time with a calf strain, but ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported Monday his return appears to be imminent.
"There's optimism Boston Celtics C Kristaps Porzingis (calf strain) will return to lineup this week," Woj reported. "Porzingis is out for In Season Tourney (IST) quarters vs. Indiana Monday, but there's increasing confidence he'll be back in Vegas for IST Final 4 should Celtics advance."

That means Porzingis could make his return to the floor as early as December 7th in what would be a matchup against either the Milwaukee Bucks (14-6) or the New York Knicks (12-7).
Meanwhile, the Wizards take the floor Wednesday, December 6th against the Philadelphia 76ers (12-7).
