Who Needs To Replace Jordan Poole In The Lineup?

Which Player Should Replace Jordan Poole In The Starting Lineup?

Having a lot of pressure on your shoulders is a sure way to make your life more complicated than it actually has to be. Sometimes we tend to put added pressure on our very own shoulders unnecessarily. The reason behind it is because there is a strive for excellence. We know what our potential is and we simply want to meet expectations and go as far as exceeding it too.

The Washington Wizards drafted Bilal Coulibaly in this year’s NBA Draft. They really had their eyes set on him as they traded up to get him in the draft with the Indiana Pacers. He has been coming off the bench for the Washington Wizards this year and things have been going fairly well to say the least. In fact, things seem to be getting better and better for Bilal Coulibaly.

Being a top ten pick in any draft comes with high expectations. The Wizards may have done Bilal a solid favor having him come off the bench thus far this season. That kept expectations low for him and he is flourishing now. The time has come for him to perhaps enter into the starting five for the Washington Wizards. There is one main reason behind this decision that may come into play soon - Defense!

With Jordan Poole’s recent struggles, Bilal Coulibaly would be the perfect replacement starter for the former NBA Champion. To win championships, one must play hard and well defensively. Bilal does just that! His defensive efforts turn into offensive buckets and points for the Wizards.

The polished rookie is also efficient from the field. He is shooting over 50% from the field for the year as well as over 40% from beyond the arc. Bilal has a chance to join a very special and exclusive group of men by shooting 50% from the field, 40% from three, and 90% at the free throw line someday. He is already a good rebounder which is something the Wizards desperately need help in. The Wizards should truly consider starting the number seven overall pick Bilal Coulibaly into the starting lineup.
