To be successful in life, we all need an opportunity. It is hard to be successful at everything in life. However, it is possible. It is only possible if you work and fight hard for what you want. You have to be willing to go above and beyond to attain success. You have to be willing to outwork everyone else and at least give yourself a chance at every opportunity that presents itself.

The Washington Wizards are struggling at the moment. Now there is plenty of time for things to turn around in The District. But at this moment, things are a bit rough. You may wonder why things have been so rocky for this team. You can easily blame it on the youth movement in Washington. You can even blame it on coaching or the inefficiency of the team overall. But one major reason why the Wizards are struggling is because they’re dead last in the NBA in rebounds per game.

The Wizards have a thin team to say the least. They aren’t built to bang with the premier centers of the league. Daniel Gafford is a workhorse defensively. He gets a lot of blocks for a guy that is only 6’10. However, the rebounding is lacking there. Gafford is only averaging seven rebounds per game. Kyle Kuzma is second on the team at rebounding at six per game.

This is an alarming concern because the Wizards struggle from the field and aren’t crashing the boards to make up for their missed shots. They then get hit on the other end of the floor and give up easy baskets as they are giving up 129 points per game. The Wizards have a lot of kinks to work through thus far this season and rebounding is only one of them.
