The Peyton Manning-led Colts recently set a franchise record with their seventh consecutive road win, a 31-9 victory over Tennessee on Oct. 11 that also served as their 51st road win since 2000. Here's a rundown of the NFL's best road warriors this decade, through Week 5 of the 2009 season.

New England Patriots

With the oh-so-close to perfect 2008 season, and their 21-game winning streak from 2003 to 2004, the Patriots and coach Bill Belichick have recovered nicely from their 13-13 away game record during the early years of the millennium.

Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles had an impressive nine-game road winning streak in '03 and '04. One of their most satisfying road wins of late was a 20-14 victory over the Giants on Dec. 7, 2008, which snapped New York's seven-game winning streak.

New York Giants

Who can forget the 2007 regular season when the Giants went 3-5 at home but 7-1 on the road to set up their march to the Super Bowl title. They also went 7-1 on the road in 2000.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh won all but one of its away games in 2004 and went 6-2 in 2005, proving that even heckling crowds couldn't stop Hines Ward and the Steelers from dominating.

New Orleans Saints

As a result of Hurricane Katrina, the Superdome became the home of refugees instead of touchdown passes in 2005. Although the Saints didn't play one game in New Orleans that year, the road trip to end all road trips paid off in 2006, when Drew Brees and Co. won six games away from home.

Tennessee Titans

While Tennessee won't win it all this year, 2008 was an entirely different season. The 13-3 Titans won their first six away games and finished first in the AFC South.

Green Bay Packers

The Packers lost all but one of their away games in 2005, but that changed with Mike McCarthy's arrival. The Packers went 5-3 away from Lambeau in 2006 and 6-2 on the road in 2007.

Denver Broncos

In the beginning of the decade, Denver struggled on the road, winning just 2 out of 8 away games in 2001. This season, they're off to their first 2-0 start on the road since 2003, thanks in large part to Brandon Stokley's last-minute touchdown at Ciincinnati.

Carolina Panthers

The Panthers won one game (period) in 2001. In 2005, however, John Fox's strategy and Jake Delhomme's arm helped Carolina to its best away record of the decade, 6-2.
