Braylon Edwards

With the lockout lifted on Monday and teams eligible to jump into the free-agent market on Friday, unsigned players who have accrued more than four years in the NFL will be eligible. With that in mind, here's a look at some of the wide receivers available. Edwards has shored up his drop passes stat and has turned into a true all-around wide receiver. He had seven TD receptions with the Jets last year and plenty of late-playoff experience.

Santonio Holmes

The former Super Bowl MVP is also on the market, but New York seems like it wants to keep Holmes more than Edwards. He averaged 62.2 yards per game last season.

Vincent Jackson

Jackson didn't play until Week 12 of the 2010 season after not signing a contract until late October then having to sit out three games due to violating the league substance abuse policy. In two of the past three seasons though, Jackson has had 1,000 yards-plus receiving years.

Santana Moss

He has four seasons with more than 1,000 yards, including last season's 1,115 yards on 93 catches. He may be out of his prime entering his 11th season, but he's not even close to the twilight.

Sidney Rice

In 2009, the Vikings had a Hall of Fame quarterback and one of the best RBs in the game, but they couldn't take the team to the NFC Championship without Sidney Rice. He had 1,312 receiving yards in '09 before suffering a hip injury that cut this past year short.

Steve Breaston

Behind Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald, Breaston put up some pretty respectable numbers. A few years ago he had 1,006 receiving yards; he has amassed more than 700 in each of the past two years.

Terrell Owens

We all thought he was done after he went to Buffalo. Yet he showed why he's a for-sure Hall of Famer when he amassed 983 yards in 14 games with the Bengals, along with nine TDs in his 15th season.

Steve Smith

It's been reported that Smith wants to go back to the Giants, and why wouldn't he? In the past two seasons he's had 1,749 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Lance Moore

When Marques Colston went out with an injury in 2008, Moore shined. He was only a few catches away from a 1,000 yard season and had 10 TDs. Not only that, he also averaged more than 10 yards per punt return in 2010.

Malcom Floyd

The splendid San Diego receiver went undrafted out of Wyoming and has slowly become one of the top receivers in the league. Last year he had 717 yards and a career-high six touchdowns.

James Jones

The Green Bay Packer has big-game experience and had a great year in 2010 with 679 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

Eric Weems

He only had six catches and 61 receiving yards, but Weems had 1,110 kick-return yards and was voted to the Pro Bowl this past year.

Brad Smith

Overshadowed by Braylon Edwards and Santonio Holmes in the Jets lineup, Smith has the potential to pay big dividends.

Mike Sims-Walker

The young fella made waves in Jacksonville during his sophomore campaign, leading the Jaguars in catches and receiving yards. His numbers dropped a bit last year, but so did quarterback David Garrard's.

Steve Smith

Folks in Charlotte would hate to see this guy go, but it's time to part ways. He's been vocal about finding a new team -- one not coming off a 2-14 season and one with stability at quarterback.

Jacoby Jones

Since entering the league in 2007, he's played alongside Andre Johnson his entire career. Jones hauled in three touchdowns last year and has probably picked up some things from the Texans' alltime leading wide receiver.

Randy Moss

Moss played in all 16 games in the 2010 season, but with three teams. The future Hall of Famer desperately needs to find a home to finish his career, on in which he's had 1,000-yard seasons 10 times.
