Report: Alex Mack agrees to five-year offer sheet from Jaguars

Cleveland Browns center Alex Mack agreed to a five-year offer sheet with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Wednesday according to multiple media reports.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but the deal is said to make Mack the highest-paid center in the NFL.The Browns had designated Mack as their transition player this offseason, allowing him to visit other teams and try to negotiate a new deal.
Cleveland now has five days to match the deal once Mack officially signs the offer sheet. Mack, 28, started all 16 games for the Browns last season, earning second-team All-Pro honors from the Associated Press. He has not missed a game since coming into the league in 2009.

Browns owner Jimmy Haslam was confident that the team would be able to keep Mack.
