The Dallas Cowboys have been hit with their fair share of injuries over the years, and they watched their key defensive player go down during OTAs when linebacker Sean Lee tore his ACL. Now, the team has an interesting idea on how to limit those injuries in the future.
The Cowboys have decided to start a new dynamic work out routine that includes ballet bars, which have been installed just outside of the team's locker room.
"Typically we've done kind of the old team stretch, and we're experimenting with [a] dynamic warm-up -- stuff that I've done, other coaches have done in the past," head coach Jason Garrett said, via ESPN Dallas.

The ballet bars are being put in with the specific goal of limiting hamstring injuries, which plagued Miles Austin, Morris Claiborne, Sean Lee, Bruce Carter, Matt Johnson and others last season.
Johnson, who plays safety, joked that he was told the bars were put in place specifically for him.
"[Associate athletic trainer Britt Brown] told me, 'You know, that's going up for you,' and he started laughing," Johnson said. "If they work, we'll do whatever it takes."
