The Jacksonville Jaguars have one of the most talented wide receivers in the NFL in Justin Blackmon, but the troubled wideout is currently suspended indefinitely for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Blackmon will need to be reinstated by the league before returning to the field, which has led to some speculation about whether or not he would remain in the Jaguars' future plans.

According to ESPN's Ed Werder, the Jaguars intend to welcome Blackmon back once he is allowed to return to action.

Of course, there is no timetable for Blackmon's return or even a guarantee that he would be reinstated by the league, so the team will have to wait for word from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

Blackmon has 93 catches on 181 targets for 1,280 receiving yards and six touchdowns in his two-year professional career, but his inability to keep himself clean and stay out of trouble off the field has derailed his promising career.

Last season, Blackmon was suspended for the first four games of the season. Blackmon briefly returned to the Jaguars but was suspended the final eight games of the season for yet another misstep.
