Chargers CB Brandon Flowers: 'I am the best corner in football'
Who is the best corner in the NFL? It's Brandon Flowers, if you ask Brandon Flowers.
The 28-year-old Pro Bowler, signed to a one-year deal by the Chargers last week, said on NFL Network this week that it's not the Seahawks' Richard Sherman, the Cardinals' Patrick Peterson or even the Patriots' Darelle Revis.

Flowers, now entering his seventh season, admitted he wasn't 100 percent last year because of injuries but said the Chiefs will regret their decision to cut him earlier in June when they see how he returns for the upcoming year with the Chargers.
"Oh, first off, let me just say I’m the best corner in football. Let’s get that clear. Don’t let my injuries last year fool you, or take my name from the top list."
The Chargers play the Chiefs in weeks 7 and 17, and Flowers is looking forward to it:
"The timing that they did it, it kind of hit me. That’s why I stayed in the division. I wanted to let the Chiefs know that’s why they hit me. I want to let them know how I felt about it.”
