Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Taylor Lewan will face a jury trial in October, reports The Associated Press.
Lewan is charged with one count of aggravated assault and two counts of assault and battery after allegedly punching an Ohio State fan after the Buckeyes beat Lewan's Michigan Wolverines last season. Lewan says he was breaking up a dispute.
Lewan was instructed to return to Ann Arbor District Court on October 27 for jury selection and the trial. That week is the Titans' bye.
Tennessee selected Lewan with the 11th overall pick in the 2014 draft.
