New Orleans Saints preseason schedule, TV coverage

New Orleans opens the 2014 preseason by traveling to St. Louis and hosting Tennessee in consecutive weeks, followed by a road trip to Indianapolis and home finale against Baltimore. The team begins the regular season Sept. 7 on the road against division rival Atlanta.

Last season, the New Orleans Saints went 11-5, finished second in the NFC South and fell to the eventual Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. They drafted wide receiver Brandin Cooks in the first round of this year’s draft. New Orleans signed safety Jairus Byrd in free agency and re-signed right tackle Zach Strief.
