The Cardinals have released linebacker Trevardo Williams, according to reports.

Arizona claimed Williams off waivers on Sunday after he was released by the Houston Texans, who selected the UConn product in the fourth round of the 2013 draft.

Williams, 23, did not appear in any regular season games last season.
